Your Specialist Match
Based on your intake, we match you with a specialist whose expertise aligns with your stage and symptoms. You'll see their photo, full credentials (MBBS, DGO, IMS membership, etc.), and a short personal bio before you confirm. If you'd prefer a different specialist, you can always choose again.
Your Virtual Appointment, 30 minutes
Your consultation happens over secure video. You can join from your phone, tablet, or laptop, from home, from work, or anywhere private. The specialist reviews your intake, asks follow-up questions, explains their interpretation of your symptoms, and discusses your options with you. This is a conversation, not a prescription relay.
Your Written Care Plan
After your appointment, you'll receive a written care plan. This typically includes a summary of what your specialist identified, recommended treatment or management options, any relevant lifestyle guidance, and a scheduled follow-up if needed. You keep this document forever.
